Training Development

Stratomedia develops Internet or computer-based training that, depending on the content, can be stand-alone training or can serve as preparation for or follow-up testing for instructor-based training. We work directly with agencies on designing training modules to fit their needs as well as with professional training companies to enhance the services they can provide.

Research has shown that people learn in different ways - some are more visual and others respond to voice and sounds. Our approach to training -a multimedia use of graphics, animation, voice, and sound - engages both types of learners. Interactivity is built into the course structure to challenge the learner's understanding of the course material and enhance retention. Test results can be confidentially, immediately tabulated and sent to the test administrator.
